El Gouna is a modern and, due to a high security level, safe town located on the beautiful west coast of the Red Sea. Its only 30km north of Hurghada and the airport.

Whether its snorkelling or scuba diving to explore the pure magic of the underwater world or to experience the desert and nearby mountains on a quad. El Gouna also offers a wide range of evening activities.
How about a dinner at Abu Tig Marina? With views of huge luxury yachts, you can indulge in culinary delights here. From exceptional burgers in Le Garage to camel steaks in Captains Inn Steakhouse, there’s something for everyone. Every Thursday night you can dance to electro-house music at DuPort or enjoy a relaxed cocktail at Bartender.
In Downtown you will find some Egyptian restaurants, like Zomba or Caleo, as well as international restaurants like Zia Amelia or Swiss House. The absolute hotspot for all kiters is currently the Karibu. In a cozy atmosphere and with good service you will be served exquisite burgers and delicious drinks. Special events such as the “Family Dinner” on Wednesdays or the “Steakmonday”, which have become a must for many, provide a boost to the menu. At the “Family Dinner”, a three-course menu of international delicacies is served every week at a flat rate.
Every Tuesday evening we can end the successful kite day together with great live music in the Karibu or party on Sundays until the early morning hours in the Club House directly on the beach of the lagoon.
